This special event is free for spectators, open to all who wish to join for a small entry fee, or to participating Las Vegas Beer Festival™ brewers &  brewery employees as part of their brewers package price.

2010 LVBF™ Brewers Games List:

Cheap Beer Can Toss
2 divisions - Individual & Team combined total. Each contestant gets four 12 once cans of cheap beer to be thrown at a spiked target. Cans sticking to the target are scored according to the rings of the target. Highest score wins. Teams can enter only once, but individuals can enter again for a small, additional fee.


Server Slalom Relay
3 laps (6 legs) against the clock & another team. Starting with an empty tray, the server (or servers) must traverse a row of cones set-up "slalom style" between 2 tables holding cups of beer. Each leg of the course, a full beer is added to the tray until there are 5 full beers returned to the starting point table. Neatness counts. Fastest time wins. Drinking the beers at the finish is optional.


Team Keg Slalom
4 laps (8 legs) against the clock & another team. Each team has a row of cones set-up "slalom style". Members must traverse through the course, pushing or pulling a full pony keg strapped to a handtruck. Down and back equals 1 lap. Dumping the keg or loosing control of the handtruck will require 1 additional lap.

Keg Stacking Race
6 empty, numbered kegs are placed at random, on their sides, end-to-end, in a row 10 feet from the stacking area. Each participant will stack the kegs in a triangle formation, in order, ending with the keg numbered "1" on top. Neatness counts. Fastest time wins.

Team Beer Balloon Toss
3 rounds with any combination of team members. Every team gets 3 balloons which are each filled with 16 ounces from the tap. (1 pound) Participants start 3 feet apart. After each toss & successful catch, the "tosser" takes 1 step back. The round ends when the ballon breaks. The total number of steps accumulated after all 3 rounds will determine the winner. In case of a tie, an additional round will be played - but the balloons will be filled to 32 ounces. (2 pounds)

Team Chug Relay

Team members stand at a table with 4 beers ready to drink. Each member of the team must completely finish their beer and place the glass back on the table berfore the next member can start on their beer. Each glass is bigger than than previous one. Glass sizes are 12 once, 16 once, 22 once, 32 once. Beer style is up to the team - neatness counts! This is a race against the clock and other teams.
